• Takahiro Iwamiya — Chairman & Chief Scientific Officer

Takahiro is a clinician-scientist with deep expertise in reproductive and developmental biology. He has led preclinical research programmes across academia and industry, focusing on translational relevance and scientific rigour.

• Masashi Matsunaga — Chief Operating Officer & Chief Business Officer

Masashi has over 25 years of experience in biotechnology, spanning global business development, startup internationalisation, and strategic partnerships. He oversees operations, commercial strategy, and collaboration initiatives between Japan and the UK.
